We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Same-Day Delivery (Bangalore): Order before 4:00PM to receive your order the same day.
• Bangalore – Regular : 1–3 business days.
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation mail  once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Restrictions

• Same-Day Delivery is available only within Bangalore main city limits.
• Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays , uncertain weather conditions , incorrect location or contact details submitted by the customer or peak seasons.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery to a specific pin code is not serviceable.
• New Jersey is not responsible for any shipment/transit delays caused by the shipping companies , but however may grant some support if needed.
• The delivery timelines mentioned for Regular & All India Delivery are estimated timelines and not exact.
• All packages shipped by New Jersey under the shipment companies are safe and insured , in-case of any missing packages or upon receiving wrong goods(changed in between transit), you maybe asked for a CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO . To claim a re-Order.

Regarding Standard Shipping Policy (Free Delivery within Bangalore )

We strive to dispatch and deliver every order as quickly as possible within our scheduled fulfilment period . However, once an order is handed over to our courier partner, the delivery process is managed by them.

1. Standard Shipping

• All orders with Free Standard Shipping are dispatched through our trusted courier partners (such as DTDC).
• Standard shipping is intended for regular deliveries and is not an express service.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch within Bengaluru and 3–7 working days for most other locations.
• These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen transit conditions.

3. Transit Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• High shipment volumes
• Weather conditions
• Traffic disruptions
• Courier hub congestion
• Operational delays
• Route restrictions or local issues

While we continuously coordinate with our courier partners to minimize delays, New Jersey cannot be held responsible for delays occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Please note that:

• Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.
• Courier tracking updates are maintained by the courier partner and may not always update in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will generally attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

• Recipient unavailable,
• Incorrect or incomplete address,
• Failure to answer delivery calls (where applicable), or
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

If your shipment experiences an unexpected delay, our team will gladly assist by following up with the courier partner and providing updates whenever available.
